Love this stuff!

Tasty, not too hot, kind of sweet, ketchup-y, and the heat doesn't linger. I'm sensitive to some preservatives, like sodium bisulfate, which other similar popular hot sauces have, but this sauce DOES NOT have sodium bisulfate, which is great. Cap design is absolutely terrible! It's so tiny, and a pain to pry open. One of the plastic hinges broke immediately and sticks off the cap like a plastic razor blade. Seriously, it'll cut you. I took a picture to show how dumb it is before I file it off or something.

Not super hot. You can still taste the Interesting flavor combinations. But plenty hot enough.

Horrendous. Having eaten sriracha for nearly 25 years, this was gross. I got it as a substitution for the regular brand. No flavor, somehow tomatoey instead of like chili. I threw it away as soon as I found my regular bottle. Would not buy again.

Got a sample in the grocery store and got the full bottle. It’s amazing!

Let me start by saying I absolutely love Franks Red Hot and Xtra Hot. Franks has been goto sauce for nearly three decades for my buffalo wings and in my Bloody Mary recipe. When I saw they had a Sriracha made with Franks I was stoked. So it pains me to say I really did not enjoy this product very much. The flavor is too sweet, almost artificial tasting to my palate. I think it's the soy sauce, sesame and vinegar flavors together that combine to make a sweet/tangy like flavor I don't care for but I can't quite put my finger on what specifically it is I don't like about it. I've tried a lot of Sriracha brands in the past few years during the great rooster sauce shortage and I've found most are also slightly tangier and sweeter than the sauce we all know and love. To me this Sriracha tastes nearly indistinguishable from the other non-rooster sauces, which are also too sweet, and doesn't stand out in it's own way. I just don't see when I'd choose to purchase this again over other sauces out there. Taste is subjective so I'm going to rate this 3 stars given that other people may find they enjoy this sweeter style of Sriracha. The product itself is perfectly adequate. Packaging is nice, ingredients seem to stay away from artificial sweeteners, real sugar vs HFCS etc. which is all good. It just feels wrong to give it a higher rating when I myself did not enjoy it but also I don't know it's fair to rate it below three when the product itself is not necessarily flawed but just not be for me.
