Amazon price looks like 370-626-LTP (bottom pivot only), have not been able to confirm. The standard Top Pivot in this set is the Rixson Model 340, not 320.

What is better, the aluminum or the brass version of this door pivot ? I need it for a beach house application

I believe that the brass version is just a finish not solid brass.....otherwise this is a great pivot door hinge system. the key is precise installation.

Will the door go back shut after enteringor exiting?

The door will not shut automatically if that is the question you have to close it yourself It’s a great heavy duty pivot hinge I put a very heavy door on it and it glides very nicely opens great closing is great If you want to use it for a front door there’s additional items you need to purchase that will keep your door closed the item that you’re asking about is a hinge only
