A Color For Every Fabric
While these straps are not real leather, they are well finished and actually look very leather-like! There are 8 pairs of straps in quite a variety of neutral colors that will coordinate well with the tote bags I am making. Most of the straps are shades of brown (from light to dark) and also a set of black, a set of white, and a set of navy blue. Each strap is just short of 24" long and is about 3/4" wide. With that length I can carry the tote on my shoulder or in my hand, it is very adaptable. I appreciate that the ends are pre-punched so I can get right to using them without having to find a nail and try to punch even holes. With 18 holes on each end I can really sew them on securely using a regular sewing needle and a heavier thread - I'm going to use a 30 weight polyester thread for strength and good looks! They feel strong and are finished on both sides so there is no color difference from front to back. The edges have a bevel that looks great.

Nice, but odd length
These are very good quality, but the length is odd: to short for shoulder bag and too long for handbag. For reference, I am 5'2 1/2". Sent them back, but if they had been 3-4inches longer, I would have kept them
