This 5 mg melatonin works great for me at night time. It makes me comfortable and the taste of it is actually not that bad.

I take my Zahler Melatonin 5mg Tablets before going to bed. It has a great Orange taste and helps me sleep through most of the night. I will be trying two tablets (10mg) a night hoping to extend my time sleeping.

This vitamin tastes great! It helps me fall asleep and stay asleep all night. I love the flavor. No waking up groggy in the morning!

My favorite thing about these melatonin supplements is that they are chewable. Not because I have trouble swallowing capsules, but because they seem to take effect quicker. Typically, after taking one of these, I’m ready to fall asleep in about fifteen or twenty minutes. Capsules work well too, but definitely take longer to work. Flavor wise, I thought they tasted good but my wife wasn’t as big on it. Of course, if you don’t like the taste, you can still swallow them like a pill.

This came in a tiny bottle, I feel it could have even been a smaller bottle!I had three different types of melatonin gummies and wanted to get this to see if I should switch to chewable and this was a great sample size.Man, it tasted so bitter to me. Citrus-y but I don't know why it was bitter. I had to wash it out. I don't think I'd chew it anymore.Because it's 5mg, it's just a nice addition if you need extra.

This works as a sleep aid and if you have a hard time swallowing pills, the chewable is easy and has a nice flavor. I'm not sure if it's worth THIS many extra ingredients for a single-function pill. For an advanced multivitamin I can see the value, but for a 10-pack of straight melatonin the amount of semi-natural sweeteners is excessive. I save this for special situations where I can't get to sleep but really need to ahead of an important day. If I needed/wanted melatonin daily, I'd opt for a larger pack with more basic unflavored pills.

This review is for Zahler Melatonin Chewable 5MG. First, I do want to emphasize you don't swallow these as they are made to be chewed. They also have a pleasant orange flavor at that. So, the "5 stars" for the easy to swallow rating I gave was just an N/A or to give the benefit of the doubt.Anyway, on to the quality of the melatonin. I really do like these for sleep. I do chew on one pill right before going to sleep every night and they do put me in a relaxed state for sleep. I've taken lots of different brands of 5 mg melatonin and I think these work just as good as any other brand.A big reason for my 5 star rating is I wake up refreshed, I'm not getting that groggy feeling as I can get with some brands of melatonin.At the time of this review, assuming one pill per night, this is a two month supply for a very reasonable price so I think these are an excellent value. Other positives are claims on the bottle of manufacturing under strict supervision, non-gmo, soy free, gluten free and diary free.
