Our fresh royal jelly is taken from the freezer and packaged well for shipping in a cooler box and ice. For the first day while in shipping it stays frozen and after that it gradually defrosts. That is natural and it does not affect the quality of fresh royal jelly. We ship it the same way all over the world without any problems. Several days without refrigeration does not affect the quality, the potency or strength of the fresh royal jelly. Keep in mind that temperature inside the beehive where honey bees produce it reaches over 100F during the Summer months. After you receive it keep it in the refrigerator for your daily use or in the freezer for longer storage ( up to 3 years ). Fresh royal jelly naturally tastes bitter and sour because it is an acidic food supplement. You may mix it with honey in the proportion of 1:10 and the bitter taste will be gone.
