I use this for when I want to recover or know I haven’t drunk enough water. Great for traveling and walking 20k steps. I do feel really hydrated after putting it in my water, but there was some gross stuff on the outside of the package. It kinda made me not want to use it but it looked fine on the inside. I look like burnt pieces of the tablets.

I recently started cramping on a long ride and had to abandon at about mile 60. Used these on my next big ride and felt much better. I was pretty crusty/salty by the end but I felt great and recovered quickly.

For those people who lose a lot of sodium after a long workout, this product is pretty good to replenish them. It tastes good, and it’s pretty easy to prepare.

I have used many electrolyte drink mixes and tabs prior to buying this one. It is awful tasting. It is so difficult to get down that I gag when I drink it. Right in the garbage. Don’t buy this.
