The tablets are a bit on the large size but it doesn't hinder swallowing

I take a daily combo of Wheetgrass powder, Vitamin D and Vitamin B-6. I’ve not been sick for 18months and feel energetic most of the time. Maybe luck. Maybe the vitamins. I eat well too and exercise. Either way, I’d highly recommend adding these to your diet.

I combine it with B1 and B12, I feel a lot better since I started taking them.
