I was unable to setup the Push Notification of my POe security cameras. I contacted Zosi technical/support team and they have sorted the issue remotely.Thank you to Joseph and Zosi support and technical team.

i thought today unpack and install the cameras BUT turns out that i need 4x 12v cables to each camera. now will have to spend more money to get the power cables for each camera…. is it so hard to include everything that it needs to work???? its the same like you would order phone and it would come without the battery and you have to buy it seperately omg so annoying

Easy set up, which is good as the instructions are vague. Example - the scan instructions show you the scan button and just state 'start/stop',not what it actually means. System rebooted/crashed when reviewing video either remotely or locally. Clock kept resetting to +1 GMT,doesn't sound much but really buggers up the time line when you want to find an event. Colour was good forbrhe firstb2bweeks then cam 3 starting to turn magenta. Ai setting was not very responsive when you walked directly in front of the camera, sometimes tracked, sometimes didn't. Cam 2 :when the light did come on it blinked 4 or 5 times then went off, (same settings on other cams and their white light stayed on).I played back the faults and recorded it on my phone - so if anyone from zosi needs a copy get in touch. Daylight recording v. Good, night hit n miss, if anyone from 20 ft away was walking past quickly they may or not show up as a slight shadow or nothing at all.
