You get what you paid for.
An used united with just a zipped bag packaging and sold for new price. My head is on the big side. It could fit, but along with my loupes, I had to tilt the light quite steep. The light is strong enough, but all the dials are loose. So, I would have to adjust every time once I put it on and off.

Great medical headlamp, cannot dilate the beam.
It is great. Wish it was moderately brighter with an adjustable focus beam. You can adjust light intensity but not the beam focus.

Se calienta demasiado sin usarlo mucho tiempo!!!
Se calienta mucho y resulta incómodo el uso prolongado del mismo. En quirófano donde se necesita este producto por más de 1 o 2 horas, solo se lo puede usar por 25 minutos porque empieza a calentarse muchísmo!!!
