I have not smoked a cigarette, a snus, or vaped in over 18 months ... and it is all because of Zonnic. This product, if used correctly, is the answer you've been looking for. To use it right, don't chew it at first. Put the piece between your gum and lip and let its sit there until the flavor begins to go away (usually 30 min). Then lightly chew on it and put it back between your lip and gum (repeat as needed). Once the flavor is gone completely, you then chew it like a regular stick of gum. The nicotine release takes care of the urge.

Most nicotine gum tastes awful. However, Zonnic cinnamon flavored is the best tasting gum I have tried (just my opinion, of course). It is also much cheaper buying it here than at a drug store. I was a smoker for only 6 months, but have been chewing the gum habitually for over a year not only for benefits of smoking cessation, but for a mental boost. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND following all instructions on the package to avoid addiction. As far as I know, there is little evidence of serious health effects of long term use. ZOnnic gum is a new product that I've been buying from Amazon. I like this gum because it has a really flavorful coating, and the taste lasts MUCH longer than any other gum I've tried. That's important to me. So far I've only bought the cinnamon flavor, which is delicious. They also have mint-I'm not sure about other FLAVORS. I already have purchased from them again and will continue to do so.

Seems as good as the leading brand to me.Not too stiff, or too tough. Let's face it, it's not Trident gum but no Nicotine gum is super easy to chew.Seems to last quite a while, definitely feel like the 4mg pieces deliver the same, for lack of a better word "hit' as the leading brand.The blisters that these are stored in are much easier to open than the other brand. Last time I had those you had to cut them open, there was no amount of peeling that would ever get the gum out.

The taste is ok at first but then it taste gross. I feel like I can't swallow, or I will get sick. I've also got the hiccups when chewing this gum. That is a side effect of this gum. It really does not help me.

The gum is minty and tasty. It doesn't taste like nicotine, but it sure is effective. Honestly, I'm not using it to quit. I don't smoke, I vape. But that does maintain a nicotine addiction. I can't vape at work, so I chew a piece of gum and I'm good for an hour or two.

Great gum! It helped me quit smoking. I highly recommend this gum to anyone who is serious about quitting smoking. I've used this gum as well as the nicotine patch, and it was easier to quit smoking.

I have always loved this nicotine gum but it is more expensive, glad to see it on Amazon, but now can't find on Amazon, hope it comes back
