Good quality dressing. Both adhered and absorbed as required. Would not cope with heavy wound discharge. Did not cause reaction on highly sensitive skin which was a major positive.

This product is as good as mepilex but a lot cheaper, it doesn't peel off once it's on. I used it to heal a skin tear on my husband's leg, took it off for showering, and reapplied the same dressing for 6days once it became drier. I now have a smaller dressing on it, as its almost healed.

This is the best coverage for any sores that are weeping or infected. Helps them heal better by covering the sore and absorbing any mess from the wound.
