I use this product everyday. I put it in my coffee in the morning or sometimes I put it in my Greek yogurt. During the summer they're in my smoothies. Alex all the flavors so far I've purchased chocolate, strawberry lemonade, vanilla and I have a non-flavored that I'm going to be used for cooking ingredient. I can't tell if it's done anything for me I don't really notice if the collagen is working however I'm 66 years old and I've just lost about 70 lb so I'm hoping something's going to happen with this sagging skin.

I had a physical therapist gift me my first round of this. It is vanilla flavored. I put it in my coffee as creamer and sweetener. I know I have more energy but MOST important is that my knee that needs surgery has become manageable and my sacrum that was desperate for a chiropractor has also become manageable I ran out last month, went 4 days without these peptides and felt like I had been hit with a train. I am grateful for the creators and scientists of this product. It works. Genuinely.
