Awful taste and texture, really sticky so hard to get out of the bottle when you get to the bottom but they do work if you can get over the unpleasant experience of having them in your mouth

WARNING! Extreme laxative effect. Proceed with caution! Shocked that other reviews say the didn’t do anything. I wonder if these people only had 1 gummy as it’s not clear that 3 is the recommended dose. Just no. What a nightmare. Thank God my family member only had 2 of these, not the 3 that is the recommended dose. I’d advise trying only 1 of them at first if you are wanting to try these. The good news? It worked quickly to get things moving (don’t have these before going out or if not at home near a loo!). The bad news? Brought on chronic diarrhoea. Created an hours long can’t get off the loo nightmare situation. Uncontrolled situation. Horrible. If you want a total clear out, go for it but these are not a gentle natural product. I was pretty shocked. 😳 Not a lot of fun as you can imagine. Going in the bin. The only positive was I’m told the taste and texture was nice.

Bought these to help out with some side effects of Mounjaro jabs. Was glad to see the bottom of the bottle- they taste powdery. Not pleasant. Would prefer to eat vege, and thats saying something lol (avid greenery avoider here)

Not acceptable for people without their own denture, if they are wearing denture they cannot chew them

Me gustó mucho el sabor y la textura. En cuanto a su función, puedo decir que a mí me han ayudado a regularme, o sea que se ven de buena calidad. Me gusta también que sean sin azúcar. Sabor bastante conseguido.
