Update: Mia with podofo reached out and is issuing a refund without me having to worry about shipping the package back! It really has been a pleasure to deal with a company that really cares about their customers! I wasted hours installing this and hours more afterward just trying to make subwoofers sound decent. I also had to cut up my $35 radio mounting plate because this was too wide to fit into a standard double din adapter. The real outputs apparently aren't ment for a sub and iv found no settings that help it. I even bought a $30 line output converter to try that and while it helped it isn't enough for me to keep this unit in my car. I'm only giving two stars because it does technically work, it just preforms really bad. If u don't care about how your audio sounds or if it's loud (because this unit is alot quite than my factory radio) then this will work for you. And yes I realize u get what u pay for but iv used one of these about 5 years ago without any problems other than it being a little quite.

Great sound and easy to install. Comes with a backup camera and steering wheel controls.

For the price, you get a touchscreen that is decently responsive, great versatility in adding CarPlay, Android auto, usb/micro sd slots for music and movies. It connects relatively fast to my CarPlay after booting up (takes about 10-20 seconds) typically by the time I am done putting my seatbelt on and settled in, it would have already connected to CarPlay automatically (after first time pairing). It’s easy to use and for the money it offers a lot of features my old SUV did not come with. I do recommend you buy a wiring kit for your specific car to make things easier to install. The sound quality is what lets this down. It sounds…terrible out the box. Muffled and almost muted.. after playin around with the built in “EQ” settings for a while it sounds good enough.. not great like before but good enough. The added functions makes up for the drop in sound quality. 4/5 stars.

Update: After talking with the customer service they gave me a refund and allowed me to keep the radio although I already purchased a different one. They also are sending the model that has carplay. The one I purchased was the one that did not have it. I am satisfied with their response. Five stars for customer service. Got this unit to try out a low budget radio that I hoped would be at least a little better than my factory radio. I have always wanted a touch screen. So first off I have a 2010 Chrysler Town and Country Touring model. This unit does not fit it completely. Its on the big side. Once I got it installed it worked. I have not installed the backup cam yet and will update this review if I do. First the screen is lit enough to see even in the daylight. It also has a dimmer for night driving (not to dim but you can tell a difference). The buttons are responsive. The turn dial has a nice click feel to it. Bluetooth connects perfectly. The sound is dismal. You get anywhere near 30 and it gets static. So now for the not so good. The mirrior link does not work for me. I download the app it has you get and the app force closes immediately. Not sure if there is an updated app or a different one that will work, the manufacturer has not emailed me back. When using Bluetooth it does not show the music information, even with pandora. I have been told I sound robotic on phone calls. They do not have instructions on how to attach the steering wheel controller. The batteries needed are 1.5V AA so be sure to pick those up. No battery with hand remote. So in short I got the radio for its features but I can't use most of them because they don'twork. One star

Found out after installation that Mirror Link is not supported for iphones. Title/initial description should indicate that it is for Android phones or that iphone is limited. I've installed stereos before, the initial install manual isn't good at all. I got everything working except the rear view camera. Contacted seller and they promptly sent an install manual. This really should be included in the box. I hooked up camera power to reverse light at rear of a 2000 Xterra. Red to reverse light positive, black to ground. The RCA video cable has an optional red wire, which I used to also connect to reverse light positive. The other end connected to the pink or 'Back In' wire on the back of the unit. I was using a aftermarket wiring harness for this car, so wires were clearly laid out from the car. I did have to add an extra RCA wire, as the video wire that came with it was short by about 4 feet. The cars old stereo was no longer working, and any signs of life was an improvement. Audio isnt the greatest, but I have a feeling that the cars speakers, which are still stock, probably could use replacing as well. Car does not have an amp. Bluetooth phone calls works, but there is a noticeable sound difference. When listening to radio, and call comes in, the phone call audio volume is much lower, prompting you to raise volume, then once call is done it automatically returns to radio, but by then the volume is super loud. Wish there was an option to adjust this. This is the same when connected via Bluetooth. Bluetooth volume is also much lower, even if phone volume is all the way up. For the price, unit is ok. Lack of installation notes in box and overall usage isnt the greatest. 3 out of 5 stars is a fair rating.

El sonido no es muy nítido, le falta claridad, la pantalla se desconfigura al conectar un Bluetooth, pero el estereo tiene ya más de dos años y jala perfecto , su camara es muy útil , lo instale en una rav 4 y me ayudaucho ya que por la llanta trasera es difícil ver con claridad, sonido estable para su costo , lo recomiendo

Buen producto facil de instalar, buena relación costo calidad lo que no me gustó es que el reloj se queda encendido aún con el auto apagado
