I’m just getting into grinding my own grains so to be honest, I have not open these yet. I have bought this brand before but again I have not used them because I did not have a Grain mill. But they are always packaged well and I love the fact that you get three different types and the 3 pounds. Trying to figure out which one I will use the most and then I’ll buy in bulk.

What a great product. I am learning to grind my own wheat bread, and this product is so clean, and reliable. I will reorder this Palouse Brand many times in the future. The taste is wonderful and can't wait to keep making more bread.

It was fine as expected.

Great in sourdough as hand-milled whole wheat, 50/50, taste amazing, like a bread from childhood. It's also good cooked whole for breakfast, mixed with barley or other grains. Will definitely re-purchase.

Its hard to review a basic product like this. All I can say is the price is good, they seem fresh and our bread tastes great. I can recommend this product to anyone looking to make their own breads or doughs.

Bought hard red, hard white , soft white. Clean and high quality wheat grains. Cloth sacks very durable. Fast shipping. This size fits easily in my small freezer. I wanted a sample of each for my new grinding mill. Can’t wait for that fresh bread.

One bag had 3.41 lbs and another was 2.15 The flour was tasty. I wish the weight was consistent.

I am extremely delighted to finally purchase some wheat berries from my home area. I spent my formative years in Whitman county learning that the Palouse foothills were "the breadbasket of the world" and some of the best hard winter wheat was grown by us. Now, I am personally using it and love it. I have an electric grinder that does help this process. The grain is fresh and plump. My only complaint is the package or possibly shipping. I purchased several varieties at a time and out of the 6 bags 2 paper package were punctured and spilling out in the packages and one of the fabric bags was not tied off and had lost 1/3 of its content in the package. This is frustrating but won't deter me from making a fall purchase from them again. It definitely feels like supporting family for a good I use.
