Hot plate
I was a little disappointed and this because it takes a while to heat app and I got it for Canning. It took forever to heat up my canner.

Takes too long to heat up
Don't waste your money you will be disappointed. I absolutely hate this heat plate. Takes forever to bring to hight heat .I do not recommend
