This is a very good monitor. I was very nervous before buying it as there were no reviews to be found, except for some Indonesian small YouTubers whom I don't understand. I took the bet and bought it on Amazon because I trust that if something goes wrong, Amazon will provide a reasonable and positive resolution. Pros: The display has very good colors, which are pretty neutral and accurate. The brightness is around 367 when HDR is turned on. The refresh rate works flawlessly at 170Hz with the given display port cable. My windows are sideways, and there is no direct sunlight, but still, there is no glare or reflection on the screen. The response time is very good. There are three modes, and I am using it on standard, which is the lowest, but there is not much ghosting or trail issue. I can easily resolve those minimal issues if I switch to the other two lower response times. Cons: HDR is mediocre at best. I don't have another monitor to compare, but I have compared it with my TV, which looks considerably better in comparison. When HDR is turned on, the colors appear washed out, as the brightness has to reach its peak in some scenes. I am using it without HDR, and it is still a fantastic monitor. My thoughts: This is the best monitor you can buy. I bought it for ₹19,499 with a card discount, getting a deal at ₹18,749. There was a small white spot or something in my unit. It's not a major issue, but you can see it in dark mode. I called Amazon, explained my issue, and they ordered a replacement in the next two days. It was a pleasant experience to purchase on Amazon as they always have my back if something goes wrong. The good thing about this monitor is that there are no dead pixels. I have seen three monitors of this model, and none had any dead pixel issues. PS - I might be the first person to write a review on this model. I play Apex most these days, and it looks crisp and clean. I can spot enemies at far distances so easily. I hope I can help you with your purchase. Happy gaming, guys.

Overall Great build quality ,looks decent , easy installation- I installed it by my own , refresh rate is pretty decent too for a price like that and 2k quality , can use it in pivot also .. go for it 🔥

Very good monitor in this price range(8k-9k) plus the high refresh rate makes experience buttery smooth though would suggest 144hz to use on daily basis. DP should have been the default in this one but it is not included.

ViewSonic I guess has very terrible quality control or there is not enough effort made to control light bleeding on the panel & check overall monitor quality. I had dead pixel & multiple light bleedings straight out of the box. I saw this issues with others & still ordered it due to good deal. Now it seems its luck that u don't get a Viewsonic monitor with issues. Feature wise its really value for money I got it for 12k. Colours, refresh rate, Freesync provides Gsync capability for Nvidia Graphics on my gtx 1050ti. 27 inch 1080p doesn't feel anything pixelated. Height adjustable metal stand is good sturdy. Seller ClickTech is not accepting replacement, or the Amazon policy is now changed to Service Center Replacement. This means the seller can send u faulty or defective product & its your responsibility to chase Service Center & customer support for claiming replacement under Warranty. I raised complaint & the Service Person came to inspect the Monitor he agreed for replacement on the dead pixel issue but he doesn't acknowledge that light bleeding is an issue, may due to his limited knowledge he says its IPS panel so it is not a defect. It may still take 1 week for resolving the issue. If your live in city other than tier 1\2 then don't go for this brand.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Offering good features at decent price, screen quality is good, HDR setup was seamless in Linux with KDE, offering full 180Hz after making changes in setting OSD, screen buttons aren't that good but does the work, offers a lot of features inside OSD( tweak and find your best fit). The blue light filter doesn't work in OSD on linux didn't checked on windows, but night light filter on linux does the job. Will see how it performs in long run. Overall happy with the product. Refresh rate: Offers full 180Hz after enabling over clocking, it comes with DP cable not hdmi, so you may have to purchase a HDMI cable. Picture quality: Picture quality is as per expectations and doesn't have back light bleed.

After months use : the monitor is assembled and placed at one place used daily for like 3-4 hr only and mostly playing games and just recently i found out the backlight bleeding its on the corners and i can mostly get over it but still its just few months i bought this monitor and the screen is already bleeding, Monitor is amazing in every other thing just this is not expected this early. 🤷 , I contacted the service centre just asking for if this is normal and they sent a person to personally check the monitor wasnt trying to raise a ticket but still the service was fast and Quick the guy said its normal and didn't charge anything. Other than bad delivery experience from Amazon the product is actually really Nice. Bought this after thinking a lot as my primary use will be gaming and was confused between 27" 1080 or 1440 after watching a lot of videos decided to go with 1440p and it was worth it! The picture looks so clear and sharp also the brightness is preety good and was easy to install, also its 185hz the 2758a-pro version but its need Dp to dp capable of providing high refresh rate currently using HDMI and can get max 144hz through laptop output.

This monitor will give you exactly what you paid for with extra small neat features. Crisp colors (albeit a bit yellowish but still fantastic for the price !!), Response times are incredible and there is a lot of different options you can go through. The OSD menu is easy enough to maneuver but it uses buttons rather than a joystick unfortunately but I didn't mind that part too much. It has a little cable managing dock thingy which is neat (albeit it was very loose and instructions on how to install it were incorrect) and a little stand hook to hang your headphones on. I also gotta say the stand that comes with the monitor is fantastic, it's fully ergonomic with all the movements and adjustments you can think of and doesn't take that much desk space. As for the quality of the panel itself, unfortunately I had a bad experience and got a dead pixel, I also have a friend who got dust stuck on his pixels which speaks wonders about the quality control of viewsonic and quite honestly offsets any positives this monitor had. TLDR; a fantastic budget gaming monitor with maybe the best stand you can find at this price, but panel lottery is rough and dead pixels seem to be common.
