Good solid microphone and sounds good to me
I don't know much about microphones but the reviews for this one seemed good so I got one. Nice clear sound with no background noises. As others, I think, have said, you have to crank up the gain to get a decent volume out of it. Nice heavy solid thing that looks like it will last many years.

Perfect, love it!
I have only used this mic to record my guitar amp for songs, it doesn’t fail to capture everything that is coming from the amp with no high or low cuts, crystal clear sound. Im still yet to use it for vocals but i bet its still incredible. Ive read a few reviews on this and i cant help but laugh for hours. Things like “no on/off switch” throw me 😂. If you want a switch then get the SM58 - SE, and actually read the description and look at the photos. And another one, “attachment doesn’t fit mic stands”. There’s an adapter that you have to take out the box before getting to the mic. Seriously, how can people be this dense?
