This was image of it not working showing as thought it was always on stand by
The iron is working perfectly I requested a return on this iron and I was very sad because I love it so much it steam really well upon boxing to return something said try again because I really did not want to return, I had water in the iron apparently as per instruction the iron should be empty after every steam press and I did not do that so apparently it stop! Happy to say now that it is working perfectly and I am happy so I will not be returning 😌😌😌☺️☺️☺️

Misleading description
The off position on dial isn't actually off, its low heat. Also the auto-off isnt actually off, it leaves a standby light flashing. Maybe not important to others but I wanted an iron I didn't have to unplug and plug in every day.
