It was delivered in good time ands easy to assemble. Sturdy and very good looking. High quality leatherite. Good thigh support. Easy to adjust height. Exemplary customary support. 3 year guarantee does not come with the chair. But on request, it is promptly sent.I wish the chair had an option about the ball at the back for lumber support. The seller should provide hard, medium and soft option. I bought it for my 86+ year husband. He found that the hard ball at the back began pinching his nerves near the lower back after 30 minutes of use. It was painful. Other reviewers did not report any such problem. Probably, for younger users it is not a problem.
