A wonderful way to see life. A perspective of life, our breath and silence that shows your where you are missing that juice or zest of life. If you want to see the world like Rumi then this shows you exactly what you’re missing from your daily experiences. The ecstasy of the pause between breaths, the hum of the space that touches our skin, the blissful sound of silence. What a way to see the world?!?!!!

I love the translations of this ancient collection of sutras into contemporary English, with a clear understanding of quantum physics underpinning the extremely lyrical and insightful re-wording. The inclusion of the sanskrit and devangiri text is a bonus, but really, it is the beautiful translations which make this book so special.

Looking forward to reading the book. At first glance, it seems to be one of the magical books that one can dip into from time to time, to receive the message one needs at that moment. The morning the book arrived, I was going away for the weekend to stay at a friend's cottage. So I did not have the time to read the book. I opened the book randomly, it opened on the page Anahata with a mention of a meditation practice of listening to the sound of water. As I read it I wondered if there was water near where I was going to stay and sure enough there was a river going past her doorstep. So I had a beautiful meditation experience during my stay. If I had not read about this meditation in the book, I would have never thought of listening to the water there. So grateful for the book and for being able to find my way to it.

This book is so amazing! I bought it during my Yoga Teacher course on recommendation and everybody loved it so much! Amazing poetry I really recommend it!

I absolutely LOVE this book and carry it with me everywhere I go since I purchased it. Every word oozes off the pages like nectar for the soul. Beautiful.

Arrived promptly. Only dipped in so far but what I have read I have found to transmit a depth in its poetic simplicity. I am grateful to have such an accessible translation of an early and important text.

If you like your meditation cues in the form of mildly erotically charged poetry....this is for you. ******* I hope you can read the dry humour in that! I tested myself to a paper copy and honestly it’s a lot easier to dip into than the kindle. Well worth having both, as these bite sized meditation cues ask you to take everyday sensual actions and experiences and dive into a meditation with them. Sometimes I do have a lil giggle things do get, as I said, erotically charged

This book is astounding....a totally ALIVE interpretation of this ancient and timeless text. Each page you red will imbibe you with the nectar of these meditations and fill you with love and truth. This book would be my Desert Island book...if I could only take one with me this would be it!

This is such a beautiful book. It's laid out well and is perfect for reading before meditation or bedtime. Makes an excellent addition to begin or end a yoga class. It is also fantastic for just flipping open to any page for random inspiration or upliftment.
