I was relieved there was an information leaflet enclosed in the box set. It is detaiiled and gives you an easy step by step guide oh how to use the MDP and how to treat each area. There wasn't enough detail on the Amazon page, which made me hesitant to buy, but the leaflet really compensated for that. I used the MDP on the same day it arrived ( it was in stock in Amazon UK. So I got it next day Prime delivery). it works perfectly, better than I expected. There's quite a few settings and directions you need to perform. I would suggest gently guiding the MDP over the skin with your preferred serum, keep reapplying the serum as the micro channels made by the MDP quickly absorbs the product. Too soon for results. However , I was red, warm to touch and slightly swollen after the treatment. I applied lots of moisturiser , however would have used a chill mask if I had one just to soothe the skin. The replacement needle cartridges are individually sterile packaged. For replacement you will need to purchase the screw version.

No good. The needles are not present or meet the specification described in the product.

The packaging was in a too tight (so it ripped) plasticy material sleeve. It looked like it had been opened and considering it involved needles that was a worry. Luckily the needles were all sealed; and I gave them a quick rinse and scrape before using. Also I didn't trust the apple USB charger that came with it, might be real; but just didn't want to take the risk. Far less painful than rollers, even on the longest and fastest setting. Worked best on my most severe purple stretchmarks, shallowing them and making them invisible and on a hard internal lumpy scar. Does seem to be as effective as my cheap roller on; wrinkles, shallow stretch marks, pigmentation issues and pores; more testing needed. Finally get the screw one, the clip in type might fly out on the max setting, its rather powerful.

Seller was very nice and made sure I received my package, it well packaged and there was a postcard thanking me for my order and a small decorative koi fish. I must say I really like this product as its a lot less painful than a roller and just as effective if not more. I like the quality of this derma stamp pen, I've never owned one before but I am impressed with it so far. I love that you can adjust the length of the needles instead of fussing with multiple rollers to achieve same results. I found it easier to do my whole face with the derma stamp pen as the rollers are a bit too wide for areas such as between the eyebrows and along nose. I use my derma stamp pen with Hyaluronic acid serum and vitamin C serum.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Sales pitch: Easier and quicker to use than a roller, the extra precision should result in less unnecessary damage therefore allowing the body to prioritise the skins repair where the needles went in. Reality(for me): Little more expensive and at this point hard to tell if it’s faster or not, easier and quicker

THANK YOU KOI BEAUTY ! EXCELLENT PRODUCT - Wow ! Am I happy. The machine takes a little practice - though it's not painful in most areas. I would suggest practising on leg or arm. I have extremely sensitive skin prone to pigmentation so I use lower setting as a general rule. Also take care not to be too aggressive/overuse as it may take a few minutes for the skin to react/ go red and you don't want to overdo it. Gradually build up rather than doing an intensive treatment immediately - watch your skin's reaction carefully so you don't cause damage, Observe user videos - My favourite way is to use dotting technique - for me, it feels safer. It took me a while to discover that and it's not shown much on the net.

Très satisfaite. Produit livré dans une petite valise avec tout ce qui est utile pour une première utilisation: mode d'emploi simple dans un anglais facile appuyé par des dessins précis. A noter deux prises électriques différentes pratique lorsque l'on voyage. Par ailleurs à souligner la réactivité du service commercial qui a repondu rapidement et avec pertinence à ma question par mail.

Nichts für Weicheier? Quatsch, es klingt gruselig, mit den Nadeln, aber bis auf wenige Stellen am Nasenrücken, wo die Haut sehr dünn ist, habe ich nicht davongetragen. Die Anleitung ist sehr gut, ausführlich, leider in Englisch, dafür steht im Angebot ja viel und einiges lässt sich im Netz lesen. Wichtig sind die Bilder, wie die Nadelführung am Besten gemacht wird. Ich habe es mehrmals mit der Anleitung gemacht. Es sticht. Aber nicht mehr als mein Epilierer ziept. Im rechten Winkel mit viel Druck, volle Geschwindikeit und Nadeln ganz herausgedreht habe ich noch nicht probiert. Bin als Neuling vorsichtig rangegangen und rate das auch Jedem. Die Falten und Flecken kamen ja auch nicht über Nacht ins Gesicht. Dann vor dem Wochenende ran, falls die Haut sich rötet, was bei mir nicht der Fall war. Ich habe 10 Minuten behandelt, sehr schräg gehalten, Nadeln ganz "eingefahren". Die Nadeln sind zum Einmalgebrauch. Spritzen werden ja auch nicht recycelt.Sie sind steril verpackt und sollen nicht berührt werden vor Gebrauch. Danach entsorgen wie Spritzennadeln, damit sich keiner am Müll verletzt. Es sind verschiedene Nadelaufsätze dabei, die hier auch nachgekauft werden können. Gesicht säubern (oder Haare waschen, falls man das an den Haaren gegen Haarausfall anwenden möchte). Damit kein Dreck eingearbeitet wird. Ich empfehle eine Eigenbehandlung, da man dann weiß, wie doll es piekt und es am Besten dosieren kann. Das Gesicht ist hinterher sehr lebendig, die Kopfhaut noch extremer, da war ich etwas forscher. Desinfektion der Haut muss nicht sein, auch nicht der Nadeln, die sind steril. Danach aufs Haar (oder davor) gerne ein Pflegemittel für die Kopfhaut (habe da so ein tolles Öl, damit ist es sehr angenehm gewesen), aufs Gesicht enstprechend, damit anfangen. Ausprobieren, nur Mut. Es ist weniger schmerzhaft, als es klingt, und da ja ohnehin mit Pausen gearbeitet werden soll zwischen den Anwendungen wirkt jede Behandlung lange nach, die Haut reagiert mit frischen Zellen und lebendigerer Haut - sieht zumindest bereits nach der ersten Anwendung nach wenigen Tagen Wartens so aus. Keine Nebeneffekte. Angenehm leise. Toll und sicher im Alu Koffer. Werde da sicherlich lange dran bleiben und viel Geld für teure Kosmetiker-Besuche sparen! Update nach wenigen Monaten, schaut Euch die wirklich ungeschönten Bilder an. Riesen Unterschied!! Würde ich nie mehr aufhören, sehr zufrieden.

Anche se è un prodotto non veduto da Amazon non ho riscontrato alcun problema, né nella puntualità di consegna, né nel packaging. Il prodotto è arrivato in perfetto orario presso l’indirizzo da me indicato ed inoltre, quanto alla confezione che contiene il prodotto è molto carina, ben curata, e protegge (vista la presenza di alluminio) perfettamente ciò che è presente al suo interno. Passando all’analisi del prodotto, bisogna partire da alcune considerazioni di tipo tecnico. Esso si presenta interamente in alluminio, giustificando in tal modo il prezzo (abbastanza alto) proposto per il suo acquisto. Le peculiarità della Dermapen sono diverse, tra cui: - viene alimentata semplicemente inserendo la presa USB nell’apposito alimentatore, così da non avere la necessità di doverla ricaricare. Anche se questo aspetta obbliga ad utilizzarla sempre vicini ad una fonte di corrente (io personalmente l’ho utilizzata anche con il power banck); - la possibilità di poter cambiare per ben 10 volte le punte, le quali sono rigorosamente monouso (credo che possono essere acquistate su amazon, anche se non ho ancora controllato), visto che il contatto con la pelle provoca micro lesioni nelle quali c’è presenza di sangue; - infine, la possibilità di poter variare la profondità di azione dei piccoli aghi posti all’estremità della punta, questo permette di scegliere il livello di trattamento. La profondità può variare da 0,5 a 2,5, e può essere regolata grazie alla rondella posto sotto la punta. Credo che tutti prima di procedere all’acquisto, se pur garantiti dalla facoltà di eseguire il reso, abbiano avuto delle delle perplessità iniziali, dovute dalla possibilità di utilizzare uno strumento così tecnico, il quale va ad agire su parti delicate del corpo, in maniera del tutto autonoma. Tuttavia, queste sono stata immediatamente superate quando ho riscontrato la facilità nell’utilizzarlo (anche grazie a video su youtube). Appena arrivato tra le mie mani ho deciso immediatamente di effettuare il primo trattamento sulle mani, dove ne ho fatto un utilizzo più tranquillo e spropositato (fissando la profondità a 1,5), vista la meno delicatezza della pelle, mentre sul volto, con l’aiuto di mia figli, ne ho fatto un utilizzo molto più cauto ed attento. Devo ammettere che dopo la prima seduta ho ottenuto, soprattutto sulla cicatrice, un buon risultato, dato da una chiara diminuzione della profondità della stessa. Quanto al volto vi terrò aggiornati in attesa di più sedute.

Arrivata un giorno in anticipo alla data prevista, bella sorpresa, grazie Amazon. Dermapen, risulta di qualità e fattura eccellente, racchiusa in una valigetta di metallo. All’interno le 10 pen ( aghi) con misure diverse, così da provarle in base alle esigenze. Ho fatto il trattamento, devo dire che non ho sentito nessun dolore, come scritto in altre recensioni. Anbei das Aufladekabel, eine Gebrauchsanweisung, sowie 10 steril verpackte Nadelaufsätze. Ich verwende den Derma Pen am Abend, da die Haut nach Anwendung einige Stunden, maximal 1 Tag, gerötet ist. Ein Anwendungszyklus geht bei mir 7 Tage, anschließend folgen mindestens 10-14 Ruhetage. Vor jeder Anwendung desinfiziere ich die Haut mit einem Octeniseptspray. Die Nadeltiefe lässt sich ganz einfach am Drehrad und individuell je nach Region in 0,1mm Schritten anpassen, von 0,25mm bis zu 2mm. Der Nadelaufsatz wird aufgedreht, und nicht bloß aufgesteckt. Welche Nadeltiefe für welche Region empfehlenswert ist, entnimmt man einfach der Gebrauchsanweisung, genauso wie den Aufbau der Haut, und wie die Nadeln in der Hauttiefe arbeiten um den gewünschten Effekt zu erzielen. Ob gegen Falten, Narben, Akne, große Poren,.... Im Gegensatz zum Derma Roller werden die einzelnen Nadeln senkrecht, wie ein Stempel, in die Haut gebracht und man kann sehr präzise arbeiten, was sich besonders an der empfindlichen Augenpartie positiv auszahlt. Die Bedienung ist leicht verständlich und der Pen ist absolut einfach in der Handhabung, ein Leichtgewicht, der den üblichen Derma Roller aus meinem Kosmetikschrank verbannt hat. Fazit: Ein absolutes Top-Gerät, welches qualitativ sehr hochwertig ist und dazu noch super aussieht.
