I been using the products that I ordered from this brand. I can't tell you if really works for hair loss, because I don't see any difference, but the hair gets very soft for sure. I love that part. The only problem at the back of my head I have itching sensation, specially with the shampoo. This one, I tried to don't use it on the back of my head
