Works very well.I have found that some large pills need to be cut into smaller pieces.Other than that I recommend this product.Been using it for a month now as my jaws are wired due to jaw fracture.

I had great hopes for this grinder . Only mediocre , did not crush fully , some chunky bits . Pills get stuck in the grinder , check the inside once crushed . Too late to return, do not purchase !
