I used this thick, rubberised tape for a pond liner repair in my small back garden goldfish pond, and so far it seems to have been very effective. It does work best when applied to clean, dry surfaces (and most of the weak seam I was repairing was above water level due to the leak, so the tape was applied as directed). The adhesive is strong and even the edges have stayed in place. However, I also applied a length underwater to strengthen the seam below the damage, and even this seems to have adhered well. Given the position of the damage and the pond being half empty, I was also able to tape the back of the liner as well as the front, sandwiching the original material, which I hope will help make the repair even more stable. This saved me the much bigger job of completely emptying the pond and rehoming the fish until a dry repair was done - so thanks and well done to Tiger Tape!

Odd stuff to use and get stuck , but once stuck it seems to work

Brilliant stuff

Not even one star for this tiger tape emergency self fusing repair tape. Purchased for a leaking pipe and it hasn't self fused despite pipe being cleaned and dried. Had to use whole tape roll and because it hasn't self fused leaking just streaming out now running along the tape worse than the 2 different drips on the pipe were doing before. Have had to take the tape off Waste of money for the purpose I intended it for and which it stated it suitable for. Can't even return it!

Repaired my motorhome's window. Note that it you try to reposition the tap, it turns white so you have to get it right the first time. It’s like heavy duty sellotape. No backing. Rather a short amount for the price IMHO. Not exactly crystal clear but adequate.
