Great Product. New Idea. Way overpriced. If you know how to sew and you have a very good pair of knee Sleeves. You could easily get Stretch Straps and attatch Velcro on the End, Attach Velcro Patches on one side of the Straps and on your Sleeve, then sew your straps into your Sleeves. These knee sleeves are thin but good. They come with Directions which from experience are only a suggestion. There are many ways to Wrap and Attach. I would recommend that you do not wrap too tight for circulation espececially if you are wearing these for Training or Competition. For every day walking around they are very good and do an Excellent Job of Eliminating Arthritis Pain. They over Priced. You could easily get the same thing from a different brand for a lot less money. in about 5 years time from now if these are still around, I would expect to see 1 pair for around $15-$25. These are in no way superior to other Knee Sleeves that you can purchase 1 pair for around $25.00 without Straps. Those knee sleeves are thicker and heavier and better. Having Sraps sewn onto the knee sleeve is a good idea and a new one. As a result companies like this will enjoy a huge mark up and they better take it while they can. Becuase hopefully reviews like mine will bring the price down. If you have read the independent reviews as rating these as the number 1 Knee Sleeve-Ha Ha, and you want to Purchase these and you can afford these, then by all means get one or two and decide for yourself. These are by no means the Number 1 Knee Sleeve, not even close. However I would suggest you just get it out of your system and get a pair. Your Expereince and Opinion may be very different from mine. I am an experienced knee sleeve user with very advanced Bone on Bone Knee Arthritis and I am wearing these every day currently instead of the other Knee Sleeves that I have and these are very comfortable and my knees no longer hurt. The Straps are made so you can attatch the Velcro Ends of the Strap Directly onto the Straps, ,you dont have to use the Velcro Patch. I am currently not using these for Training or the Gym since that is only 1-2 hours a day out of my life. The rest of the day I am wearing these. I will be purchasing something similar from another manufacturer who is not taking such a high mark up and offering a lower price point. These are good and obviously to an experienced user-over priced.

Fits Welland easy to use

The brace is lightweight and comfortable when wearing, even under clothing. The wrap around the knee does give more support. However, I did not get much pain relief when doing steps or getting up from a seated position.

I have been wearing this knee sleeve for the past 2 weeks and do find some relief with the pain in my knee. However, I find the sleeve slides down my thigh over the course of the day and I need to reset its position. Based on the scale of measurement I purchased the correct size, XL, for me. I will continue to wear the sleeve for now.
