Great customer service. I lost my remote and emailed to find a replacement. They responded quickly and can't wait to get back on the treadmill. They said I could use the app, but haven't figured out how to turn it on that way, yet. That's a me issue, not the machine's. :)

First, kudos to the Amazon driver who carried this 45 lb package up our 11 front steps in a snow/sleet storm. Second, praises to the manufacturer for sturdy, protective packaging without excess. The item itself is fine for my purposes. It is meant to fill in the gap when weather curtails or prevents my outdoor 3-mile walk. It's doing that, which means it gets light usage. Easy to move around the house, easy to get it up and running, no issues with directions: I'm satisfied. It does take getting used to. I don't have a tall desk, so would have been better off with one with a front rail. I've improvised, so for my purposes it's ok, but if I had wanted to use this everyday for an extended period of time, I would have regretted my choice.

If you’re looking for something to help you walk or run more steps in a day, then this is for you. Bought this walking pad as an early Christmas gift and it works! It’s easy to use and set up. This is for different exercise levels. If you want to walk slowly, you’re more than welcome to do that (1.0-1.6 speed). If you want to do a brisk walk, anything from 2.0-2.6 as the speed. If you want to run, 2.8+ for the speed. However, you have to get used to the walking mat itself before you reach high speeds like that. Since I’ve gotten this walking pad, I walk 10k+ steps each day, which is awesome! I haven’t had issue with belt slippage. I store this easily under my bed. Only “flaw” is that there’s no incline.

My daughter loves this! She uses it at work every day!

Bought this treadmill in January of 2024, worked great for the first year but about a year and half later, the motor skips. I do regularly lubricate the walking pad itself but for someone who uses this 3-4 times a week, I was really hoping to get more longevity out of it
