Very handy to have on hand because it does not need refrigeration. When near time to use put in frig to get cold. Does have a coconut flavor. Great to use for cereal.

I thought that my stomach woes could be from being lactose intolerant so I found this fantastic product! My younger sister actually first told me about it. When you buy the 6 quarts in this way they only cost $4.40 each, less I'm sure than my local grocery store- Vons.

Happy they made the barista type. I haven’t used it in my frother yet but it worked well just heating some up and throwing my tea in there. Trying to decrease my Starbucks habit and this will definitely be helping. Taste is good and the thickness is better than regular nondairy milk.

This is the worst tasting coconut milk I’ve ever tried and give tried slot of them! I usually LOVE all kinds of coconut milk but this one tastes like it’s artificially flavored. I make a coconut milk latte every morning. With this coconut milk being labeled a barista milk I thought it would be best for frothing for lattes, the flavor was so bad. I can’t even drink it. And the milk has lots of gums in it, which are known not to be healthy for you. I’ve never tried a Califia Farms product. I haven’t enjoyed until this one. My most favorite coconut milk is another shelf-stable brand It’s the So Delicious vanilla coconut milk and it is so delicious! This was worth I try but I’d rather use cow’s milk than this type of coconut milk, I can’t choke this down.

I have a dairy allergy and have been looking for something that steams and froths as well as traditional milk. I noticed at Starbucks they were using Califia Farms oat barista - so I tried that and loved it. Saw this coconut version and gave it a try. It's the perfect level of sweet and creamy, steams and froths well, and is a great addition to my coffee. I've primarily used it in cappuccinos, but also pour it straight into cold brew. My kids sometimes drink it just as regular coconut milk and they enjoy it, too.

Delicious taste when drinking straight from a cup. Added to my coffee I cannot taste it unless I add a whole cup of it. I bought because I already used and loved the caramel and vanilla Creamer califia makes. I thought because it said barista blend it would be good as a Creamer- cannot taste the coconut in my Starbucks Cafe Verona and it does not make coffee creamy. I'll stick with the Califia Creamer flavors

I do like the taste and mild sweetness to this. It pairs great with espresso - no sugar or flavoring needed (coming from a sugar addict, who often orders Starbucks) My only disappointment is that it’s more of a foamy consistency when steamed. Was hoping for more of a frothy consistency. Not a deal breaker though and will likely be buying again. I do wish it was “thicker” and not so watery as well
