Hands down the best pillow ever. I’m a back sleeper and this pillow keeps my head perfectly aligned even when facing left or right. The multiple different layers of memory foam padding are so soft you just melt in but it’s also firm and supportive. Very comfortable and worth the money. I switched from my $200 Purple Brand Pillow to this! NO MORE NECK PAIN or “sleeping weird”!!

This pillow massager is the best. I use it every night. It has helped me with my neck pain and it puts me to sleep quickly. I take it on vacation and the charge can last a full week.

I’ve had this pillow for about three weeks. I slept on it for two nights after keeping it outside for several days. It was still too strong. So for the past three weeks I’ve had this pillow and I’ve only used it twice because the smell is so strong. I took the cover off and washed it, I pulled all of the pieces Apart and aired them separately, I used straight alcohol to try and mitigate the odor, I’ve put essential oil on all the separate pieces, and it is still offgassing. I will say it is very comfortable. I have had multiple cervical fusions, two different surgeries with the front access across multiple levels of my neck and one very large, eight level fusion in the back and so getting the right pillow is essential. This pillow is very comfortable for sleeping on my back or my side. My neck felt great with it. However, I kept waking up because I was trying to get away from the smell. Once it finishes, I’m sure it will be my nightly go to. I was able to use hsa/fsa Fun to cover the cost of this pillow. Had it been right out of my pocket, I would have returned this pillow within the first week. Because the smell is just too strong and really seems dangerous. EDIT/UPDATE. 11/.27.2024 The seller me and offered a full refund - which I received quickly. I would DEFINITELY work with this seller again. UPDATE after about two months outside during the day the odors have disappeared anf I am using this pillow. The SECOND I laid my head down, instant relief-almost like having traction-crazy. I am definitely buying more for the house - we will just deal with the off gassing because it is worth it. Go ahead and purchase just be aware- I may be super sensitive but everyone else noticed it too.

This pillow is amazing, it's comfortable and not bulky, feels good whether you're sleeping on back, front or sides. the cooling gel is very nice. I have shoulder & neck issues and resting on it for several hours was heaven, the support really helped. The pain relief in my neck and shoulders felt wonderful. The memory foam is great, not to dense and I can tell it will hold it's retention and shape. Can't wait to go to sleep tonight. I think I may have to by a second one for the other side of the bed.

Pros: I do like that if I sleep on my side, the pillow doesn't touch my cheek. I try not to sleep on my cheeks. Cons: When I lay on my back, the cervical support area for my head is firm and hurts the back of my head. It's hard to sleep on my back because I feel the firm pressure on the back of my head to where I think I'm going to develop a bruise. I wish it was softer. I also removed the lower padding which did not help. Note: Some reviews speak of the smell. I aired out the pillow for two days and washed the pillow cover. I think washing the pillow cover helped. No smell afterwards.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I have neck and back issues and occasional migraines. I've been looking for a pillow that would help. This pillow made my issues worse. The packaging states to use it for at least 4 days for the memory foam to break in so I thought to myself...I'll stick it out. This has got to get better, Right? If anything it became even more uncomfortable. It feels like trying to sleep on a concrete slab or a pile of bricks. I have had a migraine every single day after using this when normally I have them once a month. I considered returning it, but the fact that I've slept on it and the possibility that they might resell it left a bitter taste. It also has a strong chemical smell that I thought would dissipate with time but hasn't. In conclusion, this pillow does not support your head and neck, it hurts your head and neck instead. I dont know how this product got any good reviews.

Comfortable, cool and supportive. Couldn't ask for more. My spouse and I have had these for about half a year now. I get great sleep on them. They haven't even broken down slightly. I'd buy it again, but I dont really think I'll need to any time soon. They're definitely made to last. Its the right amount of support in a pillow. Its enough to keep your head in a good position, but not too much to where you feel like you're wearing a C-collar to bed.

This pillow is extremely comfortable & well worth the money. It has alleviated my neck & shoulder pain from my previous pillow, which didn't provide much support. This pillow is firm but not too firm & cradles the head nicely.

Highly recommend for neck pain. I was skeptical at first, took me about 2 nights to get used to it but after that, ive never slept better. No more waking up with neck pain! I sleep on my side and on my front and the structure of the pillow makes sure my neck isnt caught in a bad position.

Pillow did smell quite strong for a while, but is improving after a week or so. Due to its shape I do feel you have to find exactly the right spot for the pillow to do the job. I do find it gets quite warm though and would have liked the pillow a bit cooler. A very bad head-and neck ache is much improved so I'll stick with it! Not sure about the areas where your arms are supposed to go. They seem quite narrow and keeping my arms there when sleeping on my side is not easy. Overall looking good and much better after I removed the booster which gave the pillow a better height for me.

Superb. After a week all my usual neck and back pain I woke up with disappeared. Sleeping so much better each night as well. Really comfortable and provides great support.
