I have a few of these from this seller. What I can honestly tell you. You can not go wrong. These are perfect for anyone who has had any type of surgery especially ( tummytuck, MMO, lipo, bbl hernia repair) great for new moms getting their snapback. Really anyone can use it. It great for your posture as well. What I like most about it is, even with a faja or shape wear I was still able to wear my clothes and not look boxy as if I was made and patch together. It gives great compression and you can tell the difference without it being so uncomfortable it's digging in your ribcage, breast( for those who may have had breast surgery) or your hello kitty 😺 (tummytuck, c- section incision area) it protects after you have been cleared to do so. You will see those abs starting coming. Why would anyone want to wear those extremely hard boards that's not the key. I had one and it was miserable to wear. I lasted 30min top and had to just foam, until i from another alternative. These are very firm but comfortable with a little flex and do exactly what they are made to do. As you go to stage 3 and so on you can wear waist trainers with these and not compromise anything.... I will certain be ordering more for this seller. The other 2 I brought last year and they are still in perfect condition. When time to clean them. I soak mine in hibeclens, Alcohol or just a light clarifying shampoo and rinse get as much water out as possible by towel drying then let it air dry. I am heavily into fitness and workout a lot. You can in these if your needing stability. You won't regret your purchase. This is my honest review and I hardly ever review. I just shop and go. Highly recommend for post lipo! It helps keep any rolls or lines from forming when you are swollen.

In a small person and the size is big and uncomfortable

The item doesn't fit and is more of a fit for a child. Nor does it wrap around the sides. It moves around and the board is too small and hard.

Perfect for my stomach

The flaps are longer and thicker than normal but the board in the middle has a plastic layer in it which is uncomfortable. It’s also bendy, so if there’s some slack in your girdle, it will probably poke outwards if you bend over.

Ordered this to aid in my recovery after having surgery. The firmness of the pad helped so much. It eased my pain and made me feel more confident in what my shape had the potential to be after healing. It is true to size and did not bend or roll when moving or sitting.

Love this board! I got this to wear with my compression garment after a tummy tuck and lipo. I found this to fit my torso perfectly (I'm 5'6" with an average-short, torso). The 10-12" boards were too large - this one is just perfect, covering enough but not uncomfortable when sitting down. I loved that the side flaps were softer and they wrapped around nicely. Yes, they are a little floppy so when positioning you need to make sure you're tucking it in and it's flush, but I figured out a system to make this work rather easily. The centre board is sturdy. It washes really well too. Ended up buying a second one to have while the other was being cleaned. Highly recommend!

This is great to keep your sides compressed as well and to keep the mark lines away this helped me stay in a medium fajas as well by adding the padding. Its great for the period when you are about to go down to a smaller size but can't fit it comfortably just yet.
