I love this product! It is my first water flosser, and I have been using it so often. It is easy and quick and does a great job.

I absolutely love my new MY Smile water flosser. On the advice of a dental hygienist I purchased a different brand this past July and within 5 months several areas of plastic on the device had broken off. Recently I spoke to another hygienist, who mentioned that one of her colleagues was pleased with their My Smile flosser. I really like the fact that you can fill the water container by unscrewing the base, no need to worry about a small plastic opener that can easily break off. Also, the digital readout is very helpful. I’m also impressed with UV feature that sterilizes the unit after each use. I am very pleased with how well the flosser works and also that you can choose between several different pressure modes. My only complaint is that the instruction booklet is a little difficult to understand. But, I contacted the company and they responded within a few hours and will be sending me more detailed instructions. I am very satisfied with this product and happy to have this water flosser added to my oral care.

Great product & half the cost of the name brand Flosser I had, even works better & had more accessories with it for free that I don’t have to pay extra to get.

This dental water irrigator works great. Fair price. It takes a little while to get used to the settings and controls, but once you master that it gets pretty easy. I like the convenience and the battery lasts. There are enough settings and it is easy to fill and re-fill. It looks good. I am satisfied. Why did you pick this product vs others?: I probably would have gone with a water pik as that is the brand I know but when I searched on Amazon this came up as special. The amount saved was trivial but it all worked out for the best. Charging speed: I don't know what a good charging speed is, but I let it charge in my bedroom while I was asleep. I think it may have taken 4 - 5 hours to charge but so far I have used it 2 - 3 times a day for 6 days on one charge and still going strong. Size: It is not tiny, but it is small enough to take with you if you travel. Functionality: It is very functional. It feels good on my teeth and gums. In the 6 days I have used it my teeth seem whiter and feel cleaner. When I look at what comes out in the sink I realize it gets rid of tiny bits that dental floss probably wouldn't get.

I was looking to replace my Waterpik cordless Water flosser that has been loosing its charges fast these days and also leaks water all over the place. Found this water flosser from MySmile coming highly recommended in a health news article. So wanted to give it a try and I was very pleasantly surprised at the superior performance and workmanship of this model. I'm glad I chose this product as part of my dental cleaning routine. I always read other people's comments while selecting a product. So thought I should return the favor for the benefit of others. So here goes, in summary, the Pros and Cons of this product (as I find it) if that helps other users to select their choice of water flosser The Pros: - Efficient water spray; - Multiple tips for added cleaning; - Quiet operation; - Efficient battery power management; - Built-in display of battery level - takes out any guessing on whether to charge or wait - Included pouch for travel The Cons: - No power plug for recharge - only a USB power cord (come on people - what were you thinking?) - Messy operation - water splashing all over the mirror I used an old iPhone cube to hook the USB cable to power up the unit in my bathroom. With this minor inconvenience the pros of this model far outweighs the cons and so far I'm loving this water flosser. Absolutely a keeper for me.

The product does work but you have to be careful or you will have a mess with water. It is a learning curve on using the product. I gave it 3 stars because there are small black gaskets on the bottom of the tips so there is no water leakage between top of flosser and bottom of the tips , unfortunately they come off very easily and is a pain to put back on. I spend more time trying to put the gasket back on then ising the machine.

This is the first time I've used a water flosser so don't have anything to compare it to. I understand that a counter-top, plug in device holds more water and is more powerful (and more expensive), but I didn't have the space for that so went with this one based on reviews here and on YouTube. It's pretty straightforward and I've been using it at the strongest setting, which does seem to remove some leftovers from regular flossing, though sometimes do have to use regular flossing afterwards to clean up leftovers. There is a bit of a learning curve, but I've gotten to the point where I am no longer intermittently power washing my face. One thing to note when you charge it, it looks like it stops at 93% full, but in fact slows down significantly to protect the lithium battery (I contacted the seller about this and they responded quickly to verify this protective factor, though they initially asked for a video of what I was seeing - almost a routine request these days - and I refused because it was ridiculous, and they seemed to agree and just answered my question. Also, this device is a bit more expensive than some other portable ones, but seems to be of good quality and does have the bigger reservoir; however, for the price, they could have included a charger. They specifically say to use a 5 volt, 1A charger, and fortunately I was able to find one around the house. Don't know if a charger with more Amps would harm it. Can't comment about the longevity yet since I have only had it a few weeks, but so far, so good.

Great item with a lot of power. We bought this one after our old one stopped working. I would say it is on the expensive side, but considering functionality and the attachments it's what you would expect. I really like the screen that actually shows the mode you are using, battery left and even water temperature. Though I did find the battery display to be no accurate and not sure about the water temperature. It would show 15-10% battery left and then just shut down. Also did not manage to change the temperature display from F to C. I followed the instructions, but no luck. Might be I did something wrong. A great feature is UV that you can turn after every usage. Water capacity is what you would expect and it last about 1-2 min while using it. I would strongly suggest to to register it for warranty as our first one broke down only after 4 months (screen stopped working). I could still use it, but it made it a lot harder. Since I had the warranty after a couple of emails back and forth they send me a replacement.
