Healing muscle wastage following a shoulder dislocation. Seems to work, pleasant taste. I mix mine by adding to water in a bottle, shakes and mixes much better. Value for money.

I was a bit nervous as I have read that some can expect bloating, headaches and skin break outs. I have now been taking this for almost a week and so far no negative results. I want to say I am feeling like my muscles have more definition but I also feel like that must be a placebo effect as it has only been 6 days! Tastes better than I expected too, I was nervous that it was going to be far too sweet but it wasn't at all. Mixes really well with no lumps and no weird texture which is great!

At the start it tasted bit too sweet but overall fine. After two weeks it’s just so sickening sweet, have to force myself to drink this.
