These are absolutely the best dried peaches I have ever had! Delicious, with a just-off-the-tree taste. You will not be disappointed.

The best dried peaches I have had in 20 years!
I buy a lot of dried peaches because they are a healthy snack. These are delicious in flavor and softer than some other brands. I never thought I'd mind really dry peaches, but I've had some as dry as shoe leather and the taste was not fresh and yummy! I thought my teeth might come out as I had to tug so hard on those brands, just to get a small piece to eat! With all stone fruits, there are always small pieces of the pit in your dried fruit, and I have tried many different brands of peaches. All of those other brands had quite a few pieces of the pit in their fruit halves in each bag sold. The Traina brand has only yielded two very small bits of the pit shell in the first pound of fruit. I'm not trying any more brands! This is definitely my choice for the best dried peaches!

Taste Sweet and Delicious
These dry peaches are so good. They have no added sugar and are still very sweet. I like mine a little dryer so I let them dehydrate for another 24 hours to get the exact chewy texture that I enjoy. Because they come in a five pound bag I split the order into 3 parts and put 2 bags in the freezer for later. The quality is excellent and the price per pound compared to the local grocery store is a bargain.

Beautiful Peaches...With A Problem
These Traina Extra Fancy peaches are beautiful and full of flavor. No added sugar, non GMO, but covered in sulfur dioxide to retain looks and freshness. Sulfur dioxide gets harsh reviews regarding human health...so what to do? After a bit of research, I soaked them, washed them with a small amount of soap, seriously rinsed, popped them in a 180° oven on a cookie sheet, flipped a couple times, and hours later...beautiful, flavorful peaches sans sulfur dioxide. Next time I buy fruit, I'll ask.

So very good! Worth six stars!
The intense flavor and texture are both so good, it's actually hard to believe. I buy a lot of dried peaches from various health food stores, because I love them. These are by far the best I have ever had. Only one problem: I don't think 5 pounds of these are going to last very long. I bought 5 pounds of these and 5 pounds of dried California apricots. I opened the apricots first. The apricots were excellent, and I thought that the peaches would be no match for them. But, the peaches turned out to be terrific.

Added Sulfites (watch out for people with autoimmune problems and dieting!)
Really frustrated that they added Sulfer Dioxide to the peaches! Why can’t they just be regular dried peaches with no added sugar. PO-ed I paid close to 40 dollars for these peaches just for them to out this crap on there. It can cause problem for people with inflammation! Stop putting crap in our food and just give us regular no sugar added dried fruit. The bag smells really bad and I can see mold on a few of the peaches, which is because you can tell there is moisture in the bag. They don’t even really have a flavor. It’s more about the texture. Really upset for the amount you are paying. NOT ordering from them ever again. Please save your money and buy another brand!

Took a chance
I ordered three different dried fruits from this same company. One, I really like. Another is a bit odd tasting but I still am fine eating them. But this one... for starters, it came in a box with an open bag folded as though that was their intention. Open? The others came in sealed zip bags. The taste isn’t at all as a dried plum should taste. And the chemical smell coming from either the bag or the fruit, I can’t tell which, makes it completely unbearable for me to eat. My options for any food, especially things like this, are quite limited. Just cross contamination can be dangerous. So this is especially disappointing.

Dried peaches are good stuff!
These dried peaches are delicious! Good flavor, great texture, and no concerns. If you order them from a Northern climate in the winter, be advised that if the weather is 'just so' on the day they are delivered, it's possible for some condensation (a slight amount of moisture) to form on the sealed bag when you bring it indoors. This is because of the temperature changes from warm delivery truck to being on your doorstep followed by being indoors again when you bring your package inside. The risk involved with the condensation forming on the inside of the package is that it could cause the dried peaches to form mold. We are aware of this issue, so we looked carefully at the package upon bringing it inside and simply left the top of the bag open on the counter for the afternoon so the moisture could evaporate on its own. Doing so prevents mold/fungus/rot from forming on these delicious peaches due to condensation! :-D
