My nephew brought a bottle of these along when we hiked out to delicate arch in Arches National Park in June, and when we hiked down into the Grand Canyon a few days later. Air temperature was a balmy 112°F (44°C) and most of it in direct sun. Even with a backpack loaded with water bottles it was tough. However, when good old John popped out these things and passed them around the impact was noticeable! Number one they taste good, not chalky or exceedingly salty as I’d anticipated. Number two, they work - or maybe this should have been number one. Regardless, our whole group (six adults ranging from 24 to 58) agreed the benefit was real and certainly helped those of us on the older end to make the climbs back out of the Canyon. I’ve now begun buying them for all the outdoor work I do here in Texas where the sun seems to only be about fifty feet off the ground, and it’s nice getting electrolytes without drinking Gatorade, which is not my favorite stuff.

I have used both the capsules and these chews. I prefer the chews because they are a flavor bomb and can reset my taste buds during a long run. I have had the beginnings of cramping and these have helped me fight them. (Obviously, hydration wasn’t on point on that run) These work well and for me, I like the flavors. I have used both the orange and lemon/lime one and love them both.

We keep these on auto ship at our house. My son is a teenage athlete and he uses these chewables on a regular basis. It helps ensure that he never gets dehydrated and helps with cramps and recovery. They are chewable not chalky and pretty tasty. Orange is our famiy’s favorite flavor.

If my electrolytes get too low I get migraines. These have been a life saver. I wish I only had to eat 1 instead of 2 since they're so expensive. I like these so much better than the gummy ones or the drink tablet/powder ones. I think they work faster too.

The product works great for my daughter. She doesn’t mind the taste. I was disappointed in the last order we received though. I ordered the 120 tablet size and got charged for the 120 tablet size but only received the 60 tablet one. I left message with company and amazon and never heard back. Disappointed in the transaction and would only recommend ordering the 60 tablet size. We do plan to order again, because the product works.

These are a great buy. My husband uses them when he runs marathons. Recently, I had a stomach flu and he gave me two of these to chew when I was feeling weak and exhausted after a day of vomiting.It made such a difference! I felt stronger and better within an hour after eating them. An enjoyable flavor, nice texture, pleasant to chew

These are great! I use these when I do a half marathon to ward off cramping. They work great!

They help replenish my electrolytes.They really help with my muscle cramps and on the plus side they taste good!
