Got this as a cheap add-on item almost two months ago for a very active vizsla puppy when he was barely 8 weeks old. Initially I thought it was going to be a cuddly toy for our boy to sleep with in his crate when we first brought him home. So I gave him the cat, he took it, shook it, and proceeded to play a game that I though was going to end with the grumpy cat in the bin. But no... our puppy has been murdering the cat for two months now, and all he’s managed to do so far is chew a corner of one ear and rip off the label. I’ve also washed it and tumble dried the cat a couple of times (since the pup has chewed the label off there’s nothing to tell me that I can’t!), and it seems holding up alright. Not bad for a cheap soft toy! Definitely recommend.

I brought this on a whim I wasn’t sure if my dogs would play with this but it’s been a huge hit ever since I opened the box!! It’s lovely & soft seems well made & cost is so reasonable I’m already buying another to just have ready no toy last forever but the joy/fun my dogs are having from this toy it’s a new must have in the vast collection they have it brill to see them both playing SO much

He absolutely loves this toy, I try to give it to him only in the evening to prolong it's lifetime as it's not indestructable but is holding up well. He's a small puppy and he can pry the threads away from the stitching on the facial details so it is slowly becoming faceless but overall holding up well after 2 weeks of rough play. It's very soft and comforting, he often falls asleep with a leg in his mouth, bought actually as a replacement to a heartbeat toy that he broke the zipper on. Will definitely buy again, may even stock a backup in case it's not available later.

Our Malamute/GSD mix instantly loved grumpy cat, he has been giving it a good chewing for a few days now and it still looks as good as new. The stitches seem to be holding up well and the squeaker is nice and loud, so that's a bonus for him too... His humans maybe not so much, but we're still glad he loves it 😂

My dog is quite firm in the belief of a feline nemesis. I bought so that we could say the word 'cat' without the dog getting all defensive and hackles up! Grumpy cat has lost its squeak, but so far, has survived any other injuries. It kept the dog occupied for a while but it's not a favourite toy. Grumpy cat is soft and squishy but being fairly thin, the squeak lasted minutes before being crushed to oblivion. I thought that the thinner limbs wouldn't survive, but as so said, so far, so good. It seems well made and was purchased at a reduced price.

My dogs love this toy, it is their absolute favourite to share. It copes with tugs, full on shakes, and pounces on! My first was re-homed to my son’s dogs as they took a shine to it after visiting; i then bought 2 more so there’s one in play and one in the wash. So that’s a paws up from 4 doggies who all love this toy! Just my daughter-in-law doesn’t like it because he looks so sad as they pull him around! Update: 25/4/22 -we had our first need for a grumpy cat repair; however as he was quite tatty looking we decided he’d served his purpose, bought two more and the original toy got to rest in peace. We now have 3 dogs and they have one of these at home and one at their Nana’s house. They are so loved. Our dogs have powerful jaws and this is an anxiety toy for one of them-if she’s anxious the cat gets it! She will carry it around and just loves these. I cannot recommend highly enough. I’ve seen the odd person say they’ve ripped easily - not in my experience and they’ve had 4-5 frenchies on them. I’ve also now bought 5 of these, if you do get a dodgy one return it, I’d say they’re not the norm.

My dog loves this toy more than anything else, I’ve bought at least 7 and will continue to buy them. They last fairly well (for a dog toy), my dog loves them aggressively but we only really replace them when they really start to stink and he has finished chewing the ears off.

One very happy DDB!! My youngest pup is only 5 months and as you can imagine can be fairly destructive at times, I’ve held out on leaving a review to see if it lasted. He has ragdolled it everywhere, playing tug of war with my 4 year old son and had it outside and everything. So far it has lasted great. Certainly worth the price when compared to other more expensive but less well built toys! Easy 5 stars for the price
