Regarding the lenght of the nipple I can say it's one of the smalest I have ever tried and I can say after ussing loads of nipple shields this is a big plus when trying to switch from the nipple shield to the breast. The inconvenient is that if milk or baby saliva gets between nipple shield and skin the nipple shield is starting to slip from the skin and becomes hard for the baby to keep feeding
