Love it, actually worked quickly

If you have a hard time swallowing capsules then these might not be the best for you. The capsules are like an oval shape and pretty large. I don’t normally have trouble swallowing supplements but these get lodged in my throat and I have to swallow a piece of bread to get them to go all the way down my throat. It’s kinda scary when you feel like a capsule is stuck and it hurts. So just beware. Otherwise this is a good product.

After suffering from acid reflux every night, I started doing some research on best natural remedies since I’m not keen on pharmaceuticals. I found information that B1 is needed to maintain the levels of your stomach acid, so I gave this one a try. I love this brand as there are no added ingredients. They are small, smooth and easy to swallow. They do exactly what I need them to - so much so, they are now in my Subscribe and Save.

Great product! It has really helped with my tingles and mental clarity. Just beware not to order it in Florida in summer and have it sit on your porch for any length of time. Twice I received it as a melted block, and these capsules cannot be pulled apart like at all. So Amazon, maybe dont just throw these in a plastic bubble bag and use a box with some paper for a little more insulation. 3rd time was the charm. I was home when it was delivered and as soon as it hit the porch I brought it inside. 😆
