Great moisturizer for very sensitive and dry skin. Feels luscious when applied and easily absorbs without any greasy feeling.

I like it for my sensitive skin , the best so far .. other ones I used aren’t as gentle and cause breakout .. this one doesn’t and helps with redness too

I initially bought this stabilizing repair cream when I went to a spa for a facial. I didn’t use it at first, but when my regular moisturizer stopped working (my skin became really dry), I decided to try the Dermalogica skin barrier, and OMG, it replenished my dry, aging skin! It literally sat in my toiletry closet for months before I started using it. I’m glad I gave it a chance because now I have switched over to more Dermalogica skincare. I’m 47 so the brands I used in my 20’s were no longer doing anything for my skin. I start with a hyaluronic acid serum (Vichy or Asterwood are good brands), then the Dermalogica repair cream, then I use the Dermalogica skin smoothing cream over top, day and night. (I use Olay Supercream spf 30 on top of all this during the day) I highly recommend Dermalogica repair cream if you have dry skin. There is a bit of a greasy feel on your hands, but your face will soak it in and you can wash your hands after applying. It doesn’t feel greasy on your face. It doesn’t pill under your makeup - just let it soak in for a few minutes before applying makeup. The price point is a bit steep, but this brand works better on me (than other brands) for my dry, sun damaged skin. My skin looks more hydrated.

I'm 76 years old and have used another brand's cleanser for years, but it was re-formulated and left my poor face raw and breaking out in little red bumps from the irritation. I wasn't familiar with the term "barrier repair," but this cleanser is doing that. My skin has calmed way down and I don't dread washing it twice a day, or looking in the mirror afterward.

This moisturizer has already out performed my prescription steroid ointments and moisturizer in less than one day! In 12 hours, my hairline eczema sores and crusty patches were less red and irritated. After 24 hours? Hydrated skin along my hairline and no longer experiencing any redness or raised little itchy bumps. Pricey, but so was all of my prescription strength stuff. The pump is great and it makes it easy to get the right amount. The moisturizer feels luxe, goes on smoothly and dries fairly quickly. Also bonus points for not slipping and sliding underneath my makeup (gripping primer + full face longwear foundation + setting spray). I’ll be keeping this one around for sure!

This product is great the only thing is seems like you have to use a lot of the product for how much it directs you to use and for the amount of product versus price puts me on the fence of ordering it again. The product is more thick then most moisturizers and when applying it seems to feel heavy in the skin. Overall though it does do wonders!!

Makes skin really smooth and has helped with retinol acclimation.
