Batteria arrivata e non compatibile con spinotto a 2 pin Portata in negozio specializzato per sostituire lo spinotto originale della E-bike con quello fornito da loro . La batteria non è stata ancora usata ed è scarica la metto in carica ma il led del caricabatterie è verde , passano le ore ma la batteria non sta caricando. Sono in attesa della risposta del venditore!!! 🙏🙏🙏 Risolto con il pronto intervento del venditore

Sehr gute Beratung vom Verkäufer, obwohl ich immer wieder neue Fragen und Bedenken hatte. Jetzt bin ich total begeistert von dem Akku.Er macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck und die Umrüstung war sehr einfach.Die Führungsleiste und Grundplatte wechseln. E- Anschluss wieder verbinden und schon fährt das E-Bike mit mit viel Power. Ich fahre ca. 500 km im Monat und hoffe das alles so prima weiterläuft. Einen teuren Original-Akku kaufe ich jedenfalls nicht mehr.

Avec plaisir, j'ai reçu la batterie presque une semaine avant la date estimée. Elle est parfaitement emballée et préservée des chocs de manutention. J'avais une petite appréhension quant au remplacement de l'ancienne qui a été levée très vite. J'ai vérifié les polarités, et j'ai simplement fait un échange standard. J'ai remplacé une 48V 13 Ah par une 48V 18 Ah ce qui me fait gagner +/- 20 km d'autonomie. Je regrette un peu de ne pas avoir pris la 21 Ah qui m'aurait fait gagner 38 Km d'autonomie. Reste à voir sa longévité, la précédente a duré quatre ans, mais je la chargeais trop souvent. Normalement, je devrais emmener celle-là plus loin. Je recommande sans réserve.
