While the product can be good and meets the basic expectations, within 2 months of use the stitching has started to come off rendering the bean bag useless and the worst thing is that the seller is non responsive with the warranty and Amazon agent declare poor stitching as manual damage to the product rather than wearing and tear and refuse to service further hiding behind that technicality. Majorly disappointed in Amazon for lack of service and concerns for their customer
