This is an amazing squat machine. It was easy to assemble. Easy to use, you can make it hard or easy depending on what resistance you would like. The price was amazing for this type of machine. I had looked at ones like this in stores and they were anywhere from $100-$500, which is very expensive. Its easy to use. It can be stored in the corner of a living room, or bedroom. It keeps count of the number of reps you do, how many calories you burn and how much time you have been on the machine. It is good for working your legs arms and while body. It is a very smooth workout.

Wonderful machine and just the perfect size! Assembly was quick and works as well as I hoped it would. Definitely recommend this if you’re looking for a machine for your home that’s not overly large and can give you a great workout.

Machine works great .Got it for my wife, Great price compared to others. I got pink only because it was cheaper and it was for my wife lol. The counter thing works good trick is just how far you go back and up it could appear to "cheat" but it is accurate. Very sturdy doesnt feel unsteady or cheap. Was well packaged although one of the handle bars foam has a dent(cut ) it has not affect the use and have have it for several months and it hasnt gotten any bigger, It is a good workout, she likes it better than the exercise bike. You can make it a harder workout with the tension cables as well as changing the seat position for a deeper squat. It is very smooth and not jerky. The seat is more comfortable than you would think even for a 20-25 min workout . warning be careful when getting off machine as sometimes legs feel like jelly, make sure to hold on to something for a few mins to get used to it

This was super cheap but is sturdy and easy to put together. Resistance is ok but will be outdated with consistent use within 2 months. While I disagree this is a squat machine as my glutes are not targeted on this machine (I am 5'3"), you can get a decent quick tabata style workout due to rowing action. It is effective for RDLs to target glutes if that is what you are looking to focus on - it forces correct alignment which is a great thing for me personally. It is not hard to use.

This machine is the truth. My teenager assembled it in 30 minutes! I hurt my knee, and on this machine, I'm able to perform deep squats again, and I definitely feel the burn Immediately! I also feel the workout in my arms!! Excellent product for the price!!

Front legs are missing hooks for the resistant straps to hook onto per manual. Took over 1 hour to build, not too bad. Easy instructions. I feel a burn in glutes when using device. Tried to complain about the missing hooks but they make it hard for you to do so where you just give up.

Not impressive. Poor communication with the seller, plus return shipping for a poor quality machine. I do not recommend this seller. I will make a video as soon as possible.
