ROCKWELL RAZORS 6S Adjustable Stainless Steel Safety

I've tried various Merkur's (Futur, 38C), Gilette, Edwin Jagger, Parker 24C, 99R and a couple of others I forgot. This shaves very similar to the EJ. This shaves very smooth and comes with the option to customize the aggressiveness. And in a way that actually works, opposed to Merkur's Futur, which doesn't work for me at all. For a more aggressive razor I really like the R99. Compared to 6C It's hard to pick favorites. If the price were equal It'd be a no-brainer, the 6S for sure. But It's twice as expensive. 6C is lighter and has more texture on the handle. It's made of chrome, has a shiny look and comes In a standard throw-away box. The 6S just feels more luxury in every way. It has more weight, Is probably indestructible & more durable, build from 100% Stainless steel, has a more cool matte look (personal), has a nicer (softer) feel on the handle, It screws on more sturdy with less flex and comes with a nice luxury box. Also there's Rockwell engraved on the sides of the adjustable razor pieces. Much of this is just the perception and "feeling". In terms of razor performance I really have the idea the 6S shaves better and smoother too, but It's hard to really measure that, that's really talking in margins. Some parts feel more smooth after shaving with the 6S. Bottom-line Is that even If It's just psychological, I do enjoy shaving with the 6S more. But, both are great and just pick the one within your budget and preference (looks & material).
