I just got this in, so far apon first opening and first impressions is very very well made love the construction I have big hands so the grip is perfect for me small hand honestly might have trouble with grip, but otherwise it's a very nice tool definitely gonna buy more products from this brand. Battery charger is pretty good to just wish it was a dock style vs a barrel charger but either way it's a nice well made product.

Absolutely love this, love the long neck to get to things hard to get, love that it even works like a normal wrench when the battery dies, but it skating comes with 2 battery's that last a long time, and I'm using it all the time cause I'm a mobile mechanic, so totally worth the money, also has adjustable speed, it's just so versatile, and as you can see i have beat thing thing up

This is a beast of a unit for the price, always a Milwaukee guy but it's expensive for something like this. This gives you two batteries, long reach and for a very affordable price! This is great, don't knock it because you think to need Milwaukee. Yeah idk if it's the fastest or most powerful, I don't care, I just want something that has reach and saves me some time without breaking the bank. This is it.

It's fine. It's a ratchet, not an impact wrench. Ergo, it's made for spinning them on and off, not breaking them loose or torquing them. So use it for what it's made for and it's a good tool. I bought it because the internet said I could use Milwaukee batteries and the Milwaukee charger. I cannot. But the cord charger is adequate as it runs for hours , and there are two batteries. So, I won't blame the tool and I'll keep it, as it does exactly what it was designed to do. As for power, it's no worse than my short Milwaukee.

This item broke after the second use, because my guy is resourceful he was able to fix it and it has now broken again. I do not recommend and I am about to see about returning for replacement. ***The seller graciously replaced the tool and did not have to. I am grateful for being made whole in this situation. Thank you Seesii. ****I was excited about the replacement however the replacement only lights up and does not work at all. This is not acceptable. I am very disappointed. At this point we are chalking it up to a loss! BUYERS BEWARE: PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE THIS ITEM!

For the price, WITH batteries, you really can't beat this thing. For the average DIYer, this thing is a great addition to the toolbox to really help cut down time on automotive jobs. The extended reach is definitely helpful and has pretty good speed as well. Battery life isn't the greatest, but since you get two batteries, you'll always have one available. And the batteries do charge pretty quickly.

My husband is a truck driver, and this has become an absolute must-have for him. It makes his job so much easier, and he’s really happy with it. Highly recommend!
