Garofalo No.87 Radiatori Semolina Pasta, 16 oz (Pack of 2)

This is my favorite pasta to use for pasta salad. The texture is great and the sauce gets in all the nooks and crannies of the noodle. I wish these were easier to find in store!

I bought his to make Gordon Ramsay’s Smoked Mac a Cheese. It is great shape for a hearty dish. It cooked up nice and al dente.

This shape holds a lot of sauce! I've purchased it many times and always have some in the pantry. A little goes a long way, so don't let the price scare you. It is well worth the cost! Excellent quality.

Mouth feel, texture and flavor aren't as good as I'd like but better than nothing.

Had these last night with homemade pesto with fresh basil from the garden wow. Cook it a little al dente and you can't go wrong. This is the pasta my grandmother used to make it taste that delicious. You can't go wrong.

The title says it all. Combine with a jar of pesto for a nice little slice of heaven.

This radiator pasta has a great texture and hold the sauce well.
