This is the best thing for a liver pack. It is large enough for any size abdomen. It's thick enough so that castor oil is absorbed onto fabric and abdomen, won't go on clothing or pajamas. Washable. Comfortable. It is well made and highly effective for what I used it for, a liver pack. I wore this for several nights and totally forgot I had it on.

Good quality and soft straps that secure the wrap really well. Comfortable to wear overnight. I use a separate piece of flannel or cloth baby diaper to line the wrap and help it last longer.

works perfect for what I want this unit for. can put a microfiber underneath to keep castor oil away from my clothes and is adequate to cover the entire chest or back area (invidually).

I get why there's so much long strap, so it can be more universal but it definitely doesn't make it easy to use or sleep in. Seems a bit excessive and I'm not a small waisted person. I find myself not really using it as much as other items because of the hassle of the strap. I like that it's all organic cotton and appreciate that I've hurt. Perhaps it needs to be more thoughtfully designed so easier to use means more consistently used.

I’m pretty surprised at the quality in this wrap the one I purchased before lasted me 3 months this one after one week it was leaking through! As expensive as this is I expected much better quality which is why I went with this brand. I don’t understand why it’s so incredibly thin, it’s such a useless product! I was hesitant on using because I felt it would leak and of coarse it did. So much waisted castor oil I wish I could return but I can’t! It deserves zero stars honestly.

I'm a big fan of Queen of Thrones products! The organic cotton wrap is easy to wear and easy to wash. I have purchased this item a couple of times as gifts for my friends and would purchase again. Quality product.
