My daughter wears it all the time. She wore it for Halloween, it brings everything. It's a great price. Now she wears it to play around the house and it has been over a year and has not torn or any of the sort.

Not going to lie I didn't measure it at all so yes its a bit big. I prefer it that way she can still wear it for anime con in almost a year from now. The fabric is decent and washes well. My daughter is a little onthe chubby side so the sash fits well enough it's not long enough to trip over and because the weather is so unpredictable we can always layer some clothes underneath if we get a cold front. But is still wearable if it's a warm Halloween. Not bad at all for the price and yes you have to tie the ribbons on the legs but that took all or about 2 minutes.
