My old kitty loves this in winter. The only problem was removing the heat pad for washing, it was sown in, so I had to cut the fabric to remove it. It really needed a zip or velcro. Otherwise it works well.

i bought this product 6 months ago and the heat pad has now burnt out burnt wright through the bottom of the bed and burnt my carpet this product i think is a bit dangerous not worth the money

Extremely disappointed! This item should not be sold in the UK. The electrical connection is not compatible therefore is unsafe.

This is a very soft cat bed. My senior cat initially avoided it, but after a couple of days she started using it and I see her in it all the time. Some reviewers commented the sides are soft - that's true, but I see it as an advantage, because my cat can put her head on the side, or lie across it, or whatever she wants to do, which wouldn't be possible with stiff sides. I put a folded soft pillow case in the bottom of the bed so I won't have to wash the whole bed as often. If I had to say one negative thing, it's that the warmth doesn't feel that evenly dispersed in the bottom as I would expect. It may also become a bit too warm for my cat - she sometimes exits it and goes to sleep next to it. However, I like it a lot, and I tried a couple of others and returned them to Amazon before buying this one. (My vet also recommended finding a K & H cat bed, and I am glad I took her advice). I recommend!

Schönes kuscheliges Bettchen. Aber Achtung! Die Heizung ist nicht für das deutsche Stromnetz ausgelegt! Wir hätten uns einen deutlicheren Hinweis darauf gewünscht. Nur Steckeradapter geht nicht, das wäre gefährlich.

Our cats were immediately drawn to this new bed, unlike others we'd purchased. They especially love the heat option now that we are in the Winter season. Great product!!
