Great chairs

I would give Ledge Lounger less than one star if that were an option. Amazon sold me the Signature Tall Ice Bin Side Table-with Lid- and sent me the table without the lid. After I paid a handyman $400 to fill this pool furniture with water I found out Ledge Lounger no longer makes this table in this color with a lid. You can't use this table without a lid. They offered me a refund. That leaves me with $3,000 worth of Ledge Lounger chairs with no matching table. The customer service was horrible, they were not helpful, Michael sent me "snarky" emails about draining water from the furniture to send back. It will be costly to send back not to mention not having large enough boxes to send the furniture back. I wasted a month and money on this. What a debacle, Ledge Lounger! I've been battling with them for a month. Amazon is little help. Don't even go there. Move on to Purple Leaf for a better experience!

Yes they are pricey, but worth every penny. The chairs bring so much class and comfort to our Baja shelf! Can’t wait till summer! Thank you!

they are very hard to get in and out of the pool. They were hard to fill with water.

Bought these because our pool company rep recommended them. Due to some issue with the poor design of our Baja-shelf (...), we had to order the chairs with the raisers. The chairs are OK but the system to fill them with water it not the easiest to use (poor design). But more troubling, while one chair fits just fine in the raiser, the other does not fit at all: the back base is too long to get in and the overall chair is to long to fit into the front lock space. I reached out to the costumer service 2 weeks ago with these pictures and I am still waiting to hear back from them... very poor service.
