update: 8-21-24( I still havent heard from seller regarding getting an exchange) I wrote this review over a week ago)The picture shows how handle won’t go high it stays at the short length . The rolling backpack I purchased for my 10 year old child to use for school in March 2024 ( it was used from March to June 1st 2024 and then summer started so he didn’t use it anymore until 8/5/24.I am confused on how the handle won’t extend fully like it did when we first got it( it stays at a short length and remains , it wont extend fully),we haven’t had the backpack that long, its been 5 months. Also the back leans even when filled with school supplies and google chrome.I do not see how I contact the seller on Amazon, that’s frustrating because I want to request an exchange for this back , it cost me at the time 76 dollars and some cents it was so expensive, so to me this just bad advertisement. The backpack should not be broken.I would appreciate to hear from the seller when this review is seen by them and Amazon. Just wanted to share with you all before you spend all this money for no reason and then have to go on a search to find seller information to see how to get an exchange.
