Very large and it can actually contain everything I need for a trip. Like in whole shampoos and conditioners, full face washes, toners and everything else. So good, and RAINS products are always very chic and slick. I love it! I don't need different bags now to put things in. All in one place.

My wife and I travel extensively to the point that we usually spend 200+ nights a year away from home. This is one of the better toiletry bags I've tried because it is seriously functional. We're talking function over form here--although it's handsome in a utilitarian sort of way. It's generously sized which means it'll actually hold shampoo bottles. I've got several RAINS computer bags made of the same material and they're not kidding with the waterproofing. That's a nice quality for a toiletry bag since no one likes opening a suitcase and finding that your toiletries have leaked all over your clothes in flight. The zipper isn't the least bit 'scratchy'--it holds very securely and as a test I put my arm in and out of the bag several dozen times with not even a slight injury to my hand and wrist. This is a bag for serious travelers that will pay for itself the first time you reach your destination and don't have your clothes shampoo soaked. Given the quality and functionality, this is a first rate value. Highly recommended!

The zipper opening of the bag is quite narrow, leading to occasional scratches on the back of my hand while inserting or retrieving items. Although the material of the bag feels high-quality, it is prone to getting scratched easily. Lastly, it doesn't have a tag to assist on opening or closing and the bag is not stable/ sturdy at all. I don't recommend as a toiletry storage bag or travel toiletry bag.

This RAINS large wash bag makes a great dopp kit for home or travel. This would also make a great waterproof bag for loose tech items inside any RAINS backpack or travel bag. It is large enough to hold full-size bottles of shampoo and conditioner, and everything else you might need, too. The outside is rubbery and waterproof, as is the zipper, which is well-sealed. This makes me feel confident that if there is an in-transit leak of anything inside, it won't escape the bag to get onto everything else in my suitcase. The inside is lined in heavy canvas that will wipe clean or can be rinsed out and air dried. There is a long open pocket along one side inside. There's a handle on one end for easy carrying. The zipper pull is sewn on for durability, and both the pull and the bag itself are marked with the RAINS brand. This is an investment piece that I expect will last a lifetime. Amazing quality. If you love a minimalist esthetic and would prefer to have just ONE really great dopp kit or tech bag, this is the one to get.

Love this functional bag from Scandi designer Rains. It’s way too nice to use for laundry! I’m currently using it to keep my small electronics, chargers and cables safely waterproofed in my carry on. The bag holds a lot, and is easy to access. The sleek black material is soft to the touch, and the matte color makes it easy to identify the contents. The full zip assures I can retrieve whatever is needed within. The bag collapses to hold what is inside it, but doesn’t take up extra space. When I remove it from my carry-on, it springs back to shape. The material is basically indestructible. I tried to scratch it, and it just won’t scratch. I have been using Rains accessories for several years (road warrior) and the items I’ve been using almost daily for years look nearly good as new. Be prepared for people to ask you where you got your dopp kit if you get this, because that happens to me all the time when people see my Rains gear.

This bag is a fantastic find! The exterior material is exceptionally durable and pleasing to the touch, while the meticulous stitching reinforces its robust construction. Although designed as a toiletry bag, its versatility allows it to function admirably as an everyday carry-all. I am extremely pleased with its quality and functionality, and it has quickly become an indispensable part of my daily routine.

Ok so I’m not in love with it and I really tried. It’s pretty large as far as sizing goes, will fit in everything for my husband and me upcoming trip to the beach, so the positive of course we will only need to bring this one bag with us with all of our skincare items in it. Not so positive is that the zipper isn’t comfortable to open and close, just a flaw in the design and it’s leaving marks from water, not a big deal because it will dry off but still. It works for our trip and we still use it, but I wouldn’t call it my favorite one by any means. Quality however is outstanding so it will last for sure.
